11. Sv. Grgur Island

There were two camps on the Sveti Grgur island, close to Goli Otok: one for female convicts, and one for military convicts. The camp was established in April 1950. The reeducation methods and the technology very much resembled those used on Goli Otok. After 1956, there was also a camp for nationalists and Cominformists on Sveti Grgur for a period of time.
